What Are The Dangers Of Non-Steroids For Psoriasis?

Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, better known as NSAIDs, are strong drugs rich in analgesic and antipyretic agents. These drugs are known for alleviating pain and reducing the inflammation levels inside the body. They are highly prescribed for a person suffering from Psoriasis. However, it is imperative to use such medications in the right dosage as they are highly toxic medicines associated with dangerous side effects. Some of the minor side effects of this medication are gas, bloating, upset stomach, diarrhea, heartburn, constipation, headache, dizziness, nervousness, blurred vision, skin rashes and itching. In some cases, if these medicines are not taken after consuming a heavy meal, they cause fatigue and drowsiness as well among people.

The serious side effects of NSAIDs can sometimes cause irreparable damages to the body. They may cause intense chest pains, swelling of the joints, damage to the kidney and liver, shortness of breath, bloody stools and heart disorders. Instead of lightening the color of the skin, these medications may cause permanent skin bleaches. In some cases, the large dosage of this medicine may cause the thinning of the skin and an intense discoloration of the skin throughout the body. As a caution, this medicine must be strictly avoided or taken under the consultation of a health care provider by heart patients, patients suffering from liver or kidney disorders, asthma etc.
