Yes, a person can get psoriasis in and behind their ears. When you notice a scaly buildup within your ear canal this could be a sign that you have psoriasis in your ears. This psoriasis buildup could possible lead to a temporary loss of your hearing. It is very important that you have your physician remove this buildup. Psoriasis does not generally buildup behind your eardrum or inside your ear, but on your external part of your ear canal.

The medicine Tazorac or Dovonex should be combined with the topical steroid and not used alone because it could cause an irritation. Your eardrum can be damaged very easily.
