Psoriasis is a very common disease effective to your skin. Psoriasis tends to build up on the surfaces of your skin, and forms a thick itchy and scaly, red, dry spots that can at times be very painful. 

This skin disease is chronic, long-lasting, and persistent. At times you might begin to notice that your symptoms with the psoriasis is improving or starting to go into remission and get worse. 

For several people, this disease has became a nuisance. There is not a cure that even exist; however, the treatments do offer some relief. When using non-prescribed cortisone creams and exposing yourself to a minimum amounts of natural sunlight, can sometimes help to improve your symptoms. However, if you are taking a prescribed medication is is probably not recommend that you take in all that sunlight. Most medications will make your skin very sensitive to the sunlight.
