Having Psoriasis can be really hard when you have a partner and want to express yourself. More so it is rough when you are in pain and it is flaring up.

The most important thing to remember is that the person you are dating did not date or marry you because you have Psoriasis. It might make you feel ugly but they do not pay attention to it nor think about it when they are kissing you.

Talk with your spouse and open up. Do not hide your feelings in and think that they might not understand what you are going through.

Encourage your spouse to attend therapy and go to therapy together. It is a good way for both of you to express concern and good help at the same time. Do not feel ashamed if you attend therapy with your spouse and don't hold back because your spouse is there with you.
